New Chemical Injection Pump.

The C1 drive is digitally controlled to produce unparalleled chemical injection accuracy. The continuous stroke rate can be adjusted in 0.1 stroke per minute increments. The drive incorporate an automatic low voltage disconnect/reconnect battery protection feature.

The easiest to use operator keypad has just three buttons – ON/OFF, rate UP and rate DOWN. It couldn’t be simpler for Operations to control an chemical injection pump. On occasion the pump may want to provide feedback to the operator. The LED display is cold temperature readable below -40o C.

The C1 pump includes the FMT fluid end. The FMT integrates our patented secondary containment seal technology.  It is designed to capture high pressure seal bypass chemical and reroute it back to the suction side of the fluid end.  The FMT eliminates conventional V-packing and the associated gland nut.  This virtually eliminates leaking chemical to the environment associated with packing equipped fluid ends and reduces operator workload to scheduled seal replacement only.  The FMT fluid end does not require any adjustment over the seal life. No more gland nut tightening.  FMT fluid ends are cast in carbon steel as standard or 316 stainless steel as an option.  There is a 1/8″ NPT port into the displacement chamber for a pressure sensor.  All plungers are made from tungsten carbide for long life and superior chemical compatibility.

Remote control through a SCADA interface is available using the 4-20mA analogue input. Pressure feedback can be input to the SCADA system by installing a pressure sensor in the 1/8” NPT port in the FMT. An alarm can be generated when the chemical storage tank is empty, suction tubing is damaged, debris is lodged in the fluid end, the drive has stopped stroking, the PSV is bypassing and the high pressure tubing is damaged.

Introducing an option for the C1 digital controller – V1 or V2.  V1 is the standard controller.  The optional V2 includes a free graphical user interface (GUI).  The GUI opens remote control, temperature control, automatic low voltage disconnect/reconnect range, and more.  The optional V2 communications key unlocks Modbus communications.
