1000 Gallon Double Wall Skid Configuration
MCI is excited to announce a new addition to our long list of stock skid offerings. For high volume pumping applications you might want to consider this new large format – 1000 Gallon (4546 litre) solar chemical injection pump skid package.
The 1000 Gallon skid is a complete solution – pump, solar power and chemical storage. We use a double-walled, UV stable, grounded high density polyethylene storage tank. Stainless steel valves and fittings isolate the 72″ rate gauge. Chemical travels to the pump in stainless steel braided, Teflon lined hoses. 160 Watt solar panels are wired for 24V DC and charge 120AHr absorbed glass mat (AGM) batteries through a 24V/ 20A charge controller. All the power components are fuse coordinated for electrical protection.
This skid offering allows for maximum storage and is assembled in one convenient turnkey package. The universal frame accommodates up to two seperate pivoting solar mast arrays, ensuring convenient and flexible solar configurations to meet your most demanding applications.
