NEW Multi-Well Pad Injection Skid Options
MCI’s modular skid configurations are now available as part of our standard line-up.
MCI’s multi pump format skids are ideal for applications where multiple stand alone injection points are required in one compact, efficient and certified package.
Pre-engineered standard packages are available in 1-5 pump configurations and the universal coated steel frame design accommodates floor, piling or wall mounting installations.
Since all pump models are supported (including our latest H-Series drive) all you have to decide is how many injection points are required and MCI will determine the most efficient solution to meet your application. Flexible skid configurations available with up to 1400 liters per day (LPD) flow output.
A pre-wired common terminal point eliminates all field interconnect wiring and to ensure a smooth installation systems are available with 12 VDC, 24 VDC, or 120 VAC power ratings. All pumps are connected to a pre-installed common supply manifold. Only one connection from your chemical supply tank to the manifold inlet is required (1/2″ Tube Union included)
All pumps can be controlled reliably and accurately with 4-20mA analogue inputs, over Modbus over RS-485 or locally using the digital controller interface.
