Our vision is to simplify the monitoring of injection pump systems with the development of our Veriflow™ all-in-one digital rate gauge technology featuring local and remote interfacing. The systems design approach is simple; develop a cost effective, stand alone, easy to use metering device that allows scheduled monitoring of your metering pumps to ensure injection programs are doing what they were intended to do. It installs on new or existing pump applications and can be used with virtually all pump styles; such as, electric, pneumatic or mechanically driven models. With the use of Patent Pending stroke sensing technology, Veriflow™ quickly and accurately reports tank levels, pump flow rates and critical alarms with flexible, automated flow check routines. Flow routine updates can be set from minutes to days to meet your requirements. Keeping an accurate watch over your injection pump systems has never been easier, our technology integrates everything you need into one compact solution.
The efficient electrical circuit design is perfect for off-grid applications. The average power consumption is approximately 0.08A (80mA). This allows Veriflow™ to be integrated into most existing solar charged DC battery banks without additional arrays or batteries.
Flexible and automated flow routine scheduling allows users to optimize data transfer limits when 3G/LTE communications are used. This ensures pump and tank inventory notifications are received as often as your application requires. Of course, live updates can always be requested remotely on-demand, at anytime. We’ve even added a fail secure circuit that automatically opens flow in the unlikely event of a power failure, this ensures uninterrupted flow from the tank to the pump in all conditions.

Optional 3G/LTE cellular link includes access to a fully customizable graphical user dashboard interface that includes alarm notifications and actionable analytical reporting to ensure your pump programs are on track. If they aren’t you’ll know, Email and SMS text notifications are sent automatically to a flexible call out list that suits your organizations requirements. Tank inventory level, flow rate and pump status are constantly monitored to ensure accuracy. For tank level alerts, the device offers intuitive set points alerting you when your tanks are low. Flow rates can be tracked in many configurations, if the volume falls out of a specified range or the pump fails altogether Veriflow™ will notify you with up to the minute alerts. The system offers integrated solutions from device to cloud and the turnkey layout eliminates custom programming on site. Simply set the pre-configured on board menu options to match your setup and immediately begin monitoring your injection pumps.
